Frigid Heart
A Rosales who became lost in a harsh snow storm. They were found by the Spirit of Winter, who took pity on them. She decided to give them new life, and as a result the Rosales was reborn with hooves and a horn made of pure ice, and a newfound magical power. They could now control the wind and snow, able to summon both from thin air. Many say that a sudden chill breeze is a sure sign this Rosales is nearby, but whether they're friend or foe is unknown.
